In this regard, we would like to inform that the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) vide letter dated August 05, 2026, approved the voluntary surrender of MIC’s Licence as Insurance Web Aggregator. Consequently, MIC ceased to be an Insurance Web Aggregator effective from August 05, 2026. Details as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026, dated January 30, 2026 issued by SEBI, are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure 1.
