Bajaj Auto Ltd has granted 402,036 stock options to eligible employees under the Bajaj Auto Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019. The options are exercisable within 5 years from the date of vesting and have a vesting period of not earlier than 1 year and up to 10 years from the date of grant.
