The Company also confirms that it is not aware of any price sensitive information which has bearing on the affairs of the company, which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges. The movement in the Company's share price is entirely driven by market conditions, over which the Company has no control.
