Based on the request and declaration submitted by Mr. Rajendra M Chordia and Mrs. Seema Rajendra Chordia, we hereby confirm the following: e He / She does not hold any equity shares in the Company as on date; e He / She not exercise any control over the Company, directly or indirectly; e He / She not have any special rights, formal or informal, with respect to the Company; e He /Sheis not represented on the Board of the Company and does not act as a Key Managerial Personnel; * He / She satisfies all conditions prescribed under Regulation 31A(3)(b) of the Listing Regulations.
