This is for your information and records. Thanking You Yours faithfully For Whirlpool of India Limited Sweta Srivastava Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Plot No. 40, Sector 44 Gurugram, Haryana - 122002 Encl: as above Gurugram, August 5, 2026 WHIRLPOOL OF INDIA DELIVERS DOUBLE DIGIT REVENUE GROWTH IN Q1 Q1 2026-27 KEY HIGHLIGHTS ● Consolidated Revenue from operations: Rs 2727 Cr (12% increase YoY) ● Consolidated PBT: Rs. 139 Cr (29% decrease YoY), For the quarter concluding June 30, 2026, Whirlpool of India recorded Consolidated Revenue from Operations of Rs 2,727 Cr, a 12% increase over the previous year. Revenue growth vs LY was driven by market share gain in both refrigerator and washer category, industry volume growth, the impact of price increase & continued premiumisation of our product portfolio. We continue to maintain #2 position in MBO (Multi brand outlets) volume market share in combined Refrigerator and Washers category and hold No 1 position in MBO (Multi brand outlets) volume market share in Direct cool refrigerators. Our Faridabad factory achieved record quarterly volumes despite war-led supply chain challenges. This achievement was made possible by our supply chain teams, who worked round the clock to keep our operations seamlessly supplied. Consolidated PBT and PAT stood at Rs 139 Cr and Rs 103 Cr respectively. Profits for Q1 2025-26 were impacted by significant commodity inflation fueled by geopolitical instability, increase in crude oil prices, currency depreciation, cost upcharges due to new energy regulations impacting refrigerator and air conditioners category and the incremental E waste provisions. We were able to partly mitigate this impact through price increase actions and various cost productivity initiatives i.e. the P4G program delivering cost efficiencies across all lines of the P&L. Elica India, the company’s subsidiary, sustained its robust growth trajectory, delivering a 26% increase in revenue and a 22% improvement in PBT for the first quarter of FY 26-27.
