and Notice convening 43rd Annual General Meeting.
This is in continuation to our above referred intimation dated July 15, 2026, regarding Annual Report
for the Financial Year 2025-26, along with Notice convening 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of
Pradeep Metals Limited, wherein the Company had submitted the Annual Report of the Company
for the Financial Year 2025-26 with the Stock Exchange.
An addendum is being issued containing significant accounting policies of the Company forming part
of the Standalone and Consolidated financials of the Company, which have been included from Page
No. 239 onwards and an inadvertent error on Page No. 105 has been rectified.
The revised Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, is enclosed herewith and is
available on the Company's website https://www.pradeepmetals.com/financial-reports/.
Members may please note that apart from the changes mentioned above, all other contents /
information of Annual Report and the AGM Notice shall remain unchanged.
