Regulations, 2015 – Completion of USFDA Inspection
We would like to inform you that the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted an
inspection of the Company's manufacturing facility located at Pashamylaram, Hyderabad (FEI No.
1000623515) from July 27, 2026, to August 5, 2026.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the Company received a Form FDA 483 containing five observations.
None of the observations relate to data integrity issues.
The Company is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. A
detailed assessment of the observations is underway, and the Company is preparing a comprehensive response,
including appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), which will be submitted to the USFDA
within the stipulated timeline.
The Company believes that the observations are addressable and will continue to work closely and
constructively with the USFDA to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
