Therefore, accused is convicted for the said offence under Sec. 255(2) of Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the accused is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.1,30,00,500/- (Rupees One crore thirty Lakhs Five hundred only) and in default of payment of such amount accused is sentenced to undergo Simple imprisonment for a period of Four months.
