Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has announced the voting results of its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM), where all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. The company has confirmed the payment of interim dividend and declared final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. A new director has been appointed to replace Mr. Bijayananda Mohapatra.
