(a wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile (UK) Limited and a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile Limited) and categorized as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Route Mobile Limited, vide his resignation letter dated June 01, 2026, has tendered his resignation with effect from June 30, 2026. The Company has accepted his resignation and accordingly, he has been relieved from his duties. The details of the aforesaid disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in Annexure 1. This decision has not been an easy one, as my journey with Masivian has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of my professional career.
