Highlights of Q1FY27
Strong performance continued from Q4FY26 across standalone and consolidated businesses.
Production volumes rose by 3.8%, reflecting operational efficiency.
Consolidated sales declined by 11.2% due to a 13.4% drop in standalone sales volumes, driven by weaker demand
amid higher polymers prices and geopolitical tensions.
Legacy business operated at 102% and Warangal unit operated at 72% capacity.
Both (Standalone & consolidated) businesses delivered strong margin performance, driven by productivity gains
and higher operating rates. Consolidated margins improved to 14.11%, up 176 basis points QoQ; standalone
margins rose to 9.07%, up 103 basis points.
Consolidated PAT growth surged 25% QoQ to ₹29.03 crore, highlighting resilience in profitability despite softer
sales.
Standalone other income dropped from ₹9.86 crore to ₹3.53 crore due to the discontinuation of interest income
on subsidiary loans converted into equity. This weighed on standalone net profits despite healthy EBITDA margin
improvement. Consolidated performance remained unaffected.
