The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from ₹ 8,93,38,710 consisting of 4,46,69,355 equity shares having a face value of ₹ 2/- each to ₹ 8,93,73,808 consisting of 4,46,86,904 equity shares having a face value of ₹ 2/- each.
