The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the public disclosure of the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on 14th August, 2026, wherein, inter alia, the Board will consider the proposal for variation in the objects of utilisation of the proceeds raised through the Initial Public Offer (IPO), along with other business items as set out in the Notice convening the said Board Meeting.
