Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we would like to intimate that the Board of Directors of
Datamatics Global Services Limited (“the Company”) at their meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday,
August 05, 2026, have inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated
Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Accordingly, we are submitting herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results
for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by our
Statutory Auditors.
The intimation along with the aforesaid Financial Results and Limited Review Report can also be
accessed on the Company’s website at www.datamatics.com.
The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:02 P.M. and concluded at 04:15 P.M.

UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY
PURSUANT TO THE REGULATION 33 OF THE SEBI (LISTING
OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015,
AS AMENDED

The Board of Directors of
DATAMATICS GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED
1. Wc have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Unaudited Consolidated Financial
Results of DATAMATICS GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED (“Holding Company”)
and its subsidiaries (including step down subsidiaries) (the Holding Company and its
subsidiaries together referred to as the “Group”), for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
(“Statement”), attached herewith, being submitted by the Holding Company pursuant to
the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (lasting Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended (“Listing Regulations”).
2. This Statement, which is the responsibility of the Holding Company's Management and is
approved by the Holding Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in
accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian
Accounting Standard 34 ‘Interim Financial Reporting’ (“Ind AS 34”), prescribed under
section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, and other accounting principles generally
accepted in India. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based
on our review.
3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review
FLngagements (SRE) 2410 ‘Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the
Independent Auditor of the Entity’, issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate
assurance as to whether the Statement is free of material misstatement. A review of
interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons
responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review
procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance
with Standards on Auditing and consequentiy does not enable us to obtain assurance that
we would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit.
Accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion.
We also performed procedures in accordance with the Circular No.
CIR/CFD/CMDl/44/2019 dated March 29, 2019 issued by the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) under Regulation 33(8) of the Listing Regulations, as
amended, to the extent applicable.

4. The Statement includes the results of the subsidiaries (including step down subsidiaries)
mentioned in “Annexure A”.
5. Based on our review conducted and procedures performed as stated in paragraph 3
above and based on the consideration of the review reports of the other auditors referred
to in paragraph 6 below, nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that
the accompanying Statement, prepared in accordance with the recognition and
measurement principles laid down in the aforesaid Indian Accounting Standard (‘Ind AS’)
specified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, read with relevant
rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India, has
not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the
Listing Regulations, including the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it contains
any material misstatement.
6. We did not review the interim financial results of three subsidiaries (including two
steps down subsidiaries) included in the Statement, whose unaudited interim financial
results reflect total revenue of Rs. 308.77 crores, total net profit after tax of Rs. 48.42
crores and total comprehensive income of Rs. 49.76 crores for the quarter ended June
30, 2026, as considered in the unaudited consolidated financial results.
These interim financial results have been reviewed by other auditors whose
independent auditor’s reports have been furnished to us by the management and our
conclusion on the Statement, in so far as it relates to the amounts and disclosures
included in respect of these subsidiaries, is based solely on the reports of the other
auditors and the procedures performed by us as stated in paragraph 3 above.
7. We did not review the unaudited interim financial results / information of thirteen
subsidiaries (including seven steps down subsidiaries) whose unaudited interim
financial results / information reflect total revenue of Rs. 25.29 crores and total net
Profit after tax of Rs. 1.76 crores and total comprehensive Profit of Rs. 1.72 crores
for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as considered in the statement.
This unaudited interim financial results/information have been approved and
furnished to us by the Management and our conclusion on the Statement, in so far as
it relates to the affairs of these subsidiaries, is based solely on such unaudited interim
financial results and other unaudited financial information. According to the
information and explanations given to us by the Management, this unaudited interim
financial results/ information is not material to the Group.
8. Our conclusion on the Statement in respect of matters stated in para 3 and 4 is not
modified with respect to our reliance on the work done and the reports of the other
auditors and the financial results/ information certified by the Management.

9. The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026, are the
balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the year ended on March
31, 2026, and the published year to date figures up to the period December 31, 2025,
being the date of the end of the third quarter of the financial year, which were subject
to limited review, as required under the Listing Regulations.
