Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Master Circular(s) issued thereunder, we wish to inform you that the aforesaid Room Block & Services Licence Agreement has now been duly executed between Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited and Mr. Anil Saklani on 05h August, 2026. Accordingly, the transaction approved by the Board of Directors has become effective in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement has been executed on the terms and conditions approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed to the Stock Exchanges vide our aforesaid intimation dated 04th August, 2026.
