The largest of these is a set of 12 Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) worth ₹333.80 crore. The LOAs received from PGVCL are for turnkey contracts covering site survey, designing, engineering, procurement, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery at site, handling, storage, installation, testing and commissioning, including documentation of all items and material required to complete the works. The scope entails the conversion of the existing 11 kV HT line and LT line network, including consumer service lines, into an underground cable network with a Ring Main System, together with GIS Mapping / Geo Urja Mapping (developed by GUVNL) and asset tagging under the SI Scheme. The 12 packages awarded by PGVCL are spread across four circles, as summarised below: Circle Number of Packages Value (₹ crore) Bhavnagar Circle 9 251.21 Jamnagar Circle 1 35.98 Anjar Circle 1 28.26 Junagadh Circle 1 18.36 Total 12 333.80 The PGVCL packages are to be executed over periods of 12 to 18 months, following a commencement period of 45 days for all contractual purposes. In addition, the Company has received an order from Genus Power Infrastructures Limited worth ₹5.02 crore for UND S_Panel mounting structure 1.1 KW, from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited worth ₹2.84 crore for 100 Amp. L.T. Distribution Kiosks suitable for underground cabling, and a Letter of Intent from Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited worth ₹2.44 crore for the supply of LT Distribution Boxes. The Genus Power and Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam orders are to be executed over a period of six months each, and the Telangana order over a period of 12 months from commencement. With these awards, the Company’s unexecuted order book stands at approximately ₹1188 crore. All the aforesaid orders have been awarded by domestic entities. None of the orders falls within related party transactions, and neither the promoter, the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entities awarding these orders. The receipt of these orders further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects.
