We will submit further details in due course on execution of MOU. Further in compliance of Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), as amended, we enclose herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter of FY 2026-27 ended on June 30, 2026, along with Limited Review Report on the said Results by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
