Financial results not submitted within 30 minutes or 3 hours from the end of board meeting (as may be applicable) – Reply by the Company - The Company has already paid the penalty for the same in the month of April 2026. Query by NSE – 2. Financial results submitted in XBRL with discrepancies – a. Half yearly figures mentioned in Standalone XBRL b. Mismatch in figures of Consolidated Cash Flow Statement mentioned in XBRL and PDF Reply by the Company - a) Upon re-verification of the same by us, we found that the figures filled are correct to our knowledge, however we have filled the XBRL utility afresh for resubmission as reply to this query. b) We have corrected mismatch in one figure in Consolidated Cash Flow Statement XBRL and PDF which happened inadvertently while entering the data in XBRL utility. We have filled the XBRL utility afresh for resubmission as corrective action. We regret the inconvenience caused due to this inadvertent error and assure the Exchange of our continued compliance with the applicable SEBI LODR Regulations.
