Pursuant to the above allotment the issued, subscribed. and paid-up capital of the company has been increased from Rs. 61,04,19,628 /- (divided into 30,52,09,814 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 65,44,14,956/-(divided into 32,72,07,478 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
