(ii) The Board of Directors, after considering the prevailing business environment, market opportunities and the Company's long-term objectives and strategies, approved the proposal for alteration of the Main Objects Clause. (iii) The Board envisaged that the existing name of the Company is closely associated with its present business in the rubber industry. Since the proposed business activities are substantially different from those reflected in the existing name of the Company, the Board is of the opinion that the present name may not adequately represent the proposed business profile and strategic direction of the Company. Accordingly, it is considered appropriate to adopt a new name that reflects the Company's proposed objects and future business activities and provides a suitable corporate identity in the marketplace. (iv) Decided to hold the 37° Annual General Meeting on Thursday, the 10 September, 2026 at 11.30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (“VC”’)/ Other Audio Visual Means (“OVAM”) and approved the Notice calling the Annual General Meeting. (v) Decided to Close the Register of Member and Share transfer books of the Company from Friday, the 04 September, 2026 to Thursday, the 10" September, 2026 both days _ inclusive. Regd. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results (“The Statement”) of Southern Latex Limited (“The Company”) for the First quarter and three months ended June 30", 2026 being submitted by the company to the Stock Exchange viz., BSE pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 2.
