Mr. Bhasker Jain has been appointed as Chief Business Officer – MMR of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2026 and has been designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company; 2. Mr. Tarpit Patni has been appointed as Head - Legal of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2026 and has been designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company; and 3. Mr. Jai Kumar Ajbani - Head - Legal (designated as Senior Management Personnel) has resigned w.e.f. 30th June, 2026, after close of business hours (the copy of the resignation letter setting out the reasons for resignation is enclosed). He has worked with some well-known organizations in the industry, including Neoliv Fund & Development Platform, The Wadhwa Group, and Godrej Properties. Prior he had served as VP and Partner - MMR at Neoliv Real Estate, where he led the P&L for the region. Prior to that, he held various key positions at The Wadhwa Group, overseeing multiple large residential and commercial developments with a combined revenue of over ₹3,000 Cr. Bhasker completed his Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management for Sr. Executives from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and a B. Com from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. A lawyer by qualification, Tarpit holds a B.A LL.B from the Nirma University at Ahmedabad and also holds Master’s degree in Law. With his rich cross-functional expertise spanning development, compliance, investments, and strategy, Tarpit brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of delivering business growth and value creation.
