Date of receipt of direc;on or order, August 4, 2026 including any ad-interim or interim orders, or any other communica;on from the authority. iv. Details of the viola;on(s)/ contraven;on(s) Short payment/non-payment of Service Tax for FY commiced or alleged to be commiced 2016-17. v. Impact on financial, opera;on or other IMCL has neither received no;ce nor Service Tax Order ac;vi;es of the listed en;ty, quan;fiable in of alleged short payment/non-payment of Service Tax monetary terms to the extent possible. for FY 2016-17, opportunity to respond the no;ce and demand lecer earlier for said FY 2016-17 as these no;ces/ communica;ons were sent by the CGST & Central Excise Department to the address which was vacated by IMCL around two decades ago.
