(IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (“VC/OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. ● Soft copy of the Annual Report and Notice of the AGM shall be sent in electronic mode only to those Members of the Company whose email address is registered with the Company/RTA. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, physical copy of a letter providing the web-link where the Annual Report and Notice of 65th AGM will be available will be sent to the shareholders whose email address is not registered with the Company/RTA or Depository Participant. ● The said Annual Report will also be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.india.whirlpool.in and on the website of the stock exchanges. 2. Record Date and Dividend Distribution The Company has fixed Friday, August 28, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM, will be paid subject to deduction of tax at source, within the statutory timelines.
