Marg Techno Projects Ltd has disclosed a change in shareholding by its promoters, Arun Madhavan Nair, Akhil Nair, Madhavan Kakkat Nair, Dhananjay Kakkat Nair, and Reema Madhavan Nair, following the allotment of equity shares on a rights basis. The promoters' shareholding has increased to 29.28% from 48.35% due to the dilution arising from the increase in the total paid-up equity share capital.
