(IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, without the physical presence of Members at a common venue. As informed earlier, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.25 per equity share of face value Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the Members at the AGM.
