Newspaper Publication - Opening of Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation of Physical Securities.

CIE Automotive India Ltd has announced the opening of a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019, as per SEBI Circular dated January 30, 2026. The window will be available for transfer requests submitted earlier and rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiency in documents/process, for a period of one year from February 05, 2026 till February 04, 2027.
