As you are aware that the Company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) vide an order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench-1, dated 15th May, 2026. Pursuant to Section 17 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stand suspended and are being exercised by the Interim Resolution Professional, Ms. Sreenivasa Manoranjani. Accordingly, the financial results will be considered and approved by the Interim Resolution Professional assisted by the Management Committee. Further, in continuation to the Company’s letter dated 25th June, 2026 regarding closure of Trading Window, we would like to inform you that Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed till 14th August, 2026.
