SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for
dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated
Persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the
declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
In case, trading window end date is on trading holiday then trading window will
remain closed till next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday.
