Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (the ‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that the
Company has entered into a Licensing agreement & Global Designated Supplier
Agreement with ABG-Dockers LLC for the Dockers® brand in India.
Under the agreement, Company will serve as the exclusive licensee for Dockers in India,
leading the brand's product design, development, manufacturing, distribution, retail and
e-commerce operations. In addition, the company has been appointed a Global
Designated Supplier, enabling it to manufacture Dockers products for the brand's
international partner network.
The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular no.
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are given in the
enclosed Annexure A.

Scope of business operation of Thomas Scott India Limited will serve as the exclusive
agreement licensee for Dockers in India, leading the brand’s
product design, development, manufacturing,
distribution, retail and e-commerce operations. In
addition, the company has been appointed a Global
Designated Supplier, enabling it to manufacture
Dockers products for the brand’s international partner
network.
Details of commercial The Agreement is a long-term brand-licensing
arrangement under which the Company has acquired

Rationale and benefit expected The Agreement enables the Company to add Dockers®,
a globally recognised American casualwear brand
owned by Authentic Brands Group, to its portfolio of
owned, licensed and international brands, deepening
its presence in the premium lifestyle apparel segment
in India.
