In furtherance to the above, the aforesaid suit was listed before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court on August 4, 2026. The Hon’ble High Court was apprised that the disputes between the parties have since been amicably resolved and that the captioned matter stands settled. In view of the above, the Hon’ble High Court permitted the Plaintiffs to withdraw the suit and accordingly dismissed the suit as withdrawn. Kindly take the above on your record.
