With this acquisition, GM & FE Ryan becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Monarch, following the transfer of 100% of its issued share capital to the Company. The transaction, executed under the Binding Acquisition Agreement dated 21 May 2026, has been duly recorded with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), confirming the completion of all regulatory and legal formalities. This strategic acquisition is a key milestone in Monarch’s strategic growth plan and reflects the Company’s commitment to enhancing capabilities while expanding its global presence. The deal is expected to:  Strengthen domain expertise in engineering services and project execution.  Enhance operational scale and diversify the Company’s service offerings.  Support long-term value creation for shareholders by leveraging synergies between the two entities.
