August 5, 2026 To, To, National Stock Exchange of India Limited BSE Limited Listing Department Listing Department Exchange Plaza, Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Bandra-Kurla Complex Dalal Street, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400 051 Mumbai – 400 001 Fax Nos.: 26598237 / 26598238 Fax Nos.: 22723121 / 2037 / 2039 Dear Sir/ Madam, Ref.: Scrip Code: BSE – 532748 / NSE – PFOCUS Sub.: Disposal of the Suit filed against Reliance Alpha Services Private Limited and others – Commercial Suit No. 104 of 2025 This is with reference to our disclosure dated July 25, 2023, made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, wherein we had informed the Exchanges that the Company and Mr. Namit Malhotra (one of the promoters of the Company) had, on July 25, 2023, filed a suit before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay against Reliance Alpha Services Private Limited, Reliance Mediaworks Limited and Reliance Land Private Limited, inter alia, involving a loan agreement dated February 25, 2019 and business transfer agreement dated November 19, 2014. In furtherance to the above, the aforesaid suit was listed before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court on August 4, 2026. The Hon’ble High Court was apprised that the disputes between the parties have since been amicably resolved and that the captioned matter stands settled. In view of the above, the Hon’ble High Court permitted the Plaintiffs to withdraw the suit and accordingly dismissed the suit as withdrawn. Kindly take the above on your record.
