The full format of the financial results shall be available on the website of the Stock exchange where equity shares of the Company are listed i.e., www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com and on Company’s website www.india.whirlpool.in . ● Changes in Senior Management Further, the Board today on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the below changes in the Senior Management Personnel (“SMP”) of the Company: 1) Mr. Anish Ahuja, Head- Service of Whirlpool of India Limited will move to a new role of Chief Operating Officer in Whirlpool of India Kitchen Appliances Limited (“Elica India”), a material subsidiary of the Company and will report to Mr. Pralhad Bhutada, CEO & Managing Director of Elica India with effect from 01 s t September, 2026. 2) Mr. Ankit Gupta, current Head- Manufacturing Finance has tendered his resignation with effect from 14 t h August, 2026 to pursue opportunities outside the Company. His resignation email is attached as Annexure-A . 3) Mr. Sourav Chakravarty will be appointed as Head- Manufacturing Finance with effect from 10 th August, 2026 and will report to Mr. Aditya Jain, Executive Director and CFO of the Company. The brief profile of Mr. Chakravarty pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Master Circular having reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 t h November, 2024, is given below: Mr. Sourav Chakravarty is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of around 18 years.
