Name of the Company : BASF INDIA LIMITED Security Code No : 500042 Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Update on divestiture of 100% stake held by BASF India Limited in BASF India Coatings Private Limited We refer to our earlier letter dated 30th March 2026 wherein we had informed the stock exchanges regarding the decision of the Board of Directors of the Compay for sale / transfer of the 100% stake held by the Company in BASF India Coatings Private Limited to Bond German BidCo 2 GmbH and Bond France BidCo SAS (Carlyle Group Companies) at a consideration of INR 230.16 crore. (as determined by an Independent Valuer). We now wish to inform you that the transaction has been concluded on 30th June 2026 pursuant to the receipt of the above consideration by the Company. Consequently, the entire equity shares of BASF India Coatings Private Limited held by the Company has been transferred to Bond German BidCo 2 GmbH and Bond France BidCo SAS respectively, on 30th June, 2026. Accordingly, BASF India Coatings Private Limited has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Request you to kindly take note of the above information.
