Consequent to this, he shall become part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company. 2. He has completed M. Tech from IIT, Bombay and has attended management training modules at ICLIF Kuala Lumpur, INSEAD Singapore and ISB Hyderabad. He has worked in Irrigation Department of the State Government of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh. He is having vast experience in Supply Chain Management, HR Management, Project Monitoring and Implementation. He is well versed with Forward and Reverse Auction, e-procurements, Sales and Post Contract Management. Previously worked as Vigilance Officer in South Central Railway and implemented a number of system improvement methods in Material Management and RPF. Worked as Marketing Head in RailTel/SR for Four years and bagged high value marketing contracts. He is having good exposure in Risk Assessment of the Project, System Integration Projects. He worked as CVO, NMDC and held additional charges in NSL, RINL, MECON and KOICL. He is instrumental in preparing Procurement/Sales Manuals, Vigilance Manuals and Customized Tender Documents. Introduced RACI-Matrix in the Organizations. He is having vast experience in Process Streamlining and Team Building activities. He is presently working as ED/Mktg. in RailTel Corporation of India Limited, handling domestic business opportunities in the domain of IT/ICT/Railway Infra/Port solutions/SOC, Mining solutions etc. 4 Disclosure of relationships Not applicable between directors (in case of appointment of a director)
