We are pleased to announce the following leadership movements in support of our long-term growth and transformation agenda w.e.f. July 2, 2026: 1. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Policy, we hereby inform that on basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Phartiyal as Business Unit Head- Home Electricals designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 02, 2026. Requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. 2. Mr. Rajat Chopra, currently serving as Business Unit Head – Home Electricals & Pumps, brings over 28 years of experience with Crompton and has consistently demonstrated the ability to excel across diverse roles and responsibilities. Mr. Rajat will now move to the role of Group Sales & Service Head (GSSH). In his most recent stint, Mr. Rajat has been instrumental in strengthening the Fans, Pumps, and LDA businesses, driving growth and improving market competitiveness. In his new role, Mr. Rajat will drive the transformation of Sales and Service. Mr. Anand Kumar N, currently Group Sales & Service Head (GSSH), will now be designated as the Business Unit Head – Kitchen Appliances, encompassing Small Domestic Appliances and Large Kitchen Appliances. Further Ms. Swetha Sagar, Manager & Chief Business Officer, Butterfly and Butterfly Team will closely work with Mr. Anand Kumar to drive synergies. Mr. Anand Kumar is a multidisciplinary leader with over 35 years of experience in diverse roles in Crompton. He has played a pivotal role in driving sales excellence, expanding distribution reach, strengthening channel partnerships, and enhancing customer experience. In addition, Mr. Anand Kumar will also oversee the Pumps PL. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that Mr. Ketan Chaudhari, PL Head – Small Domestic Appliances, presently reporting to Mr. Promeet Ghosh, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, will now report to Mr. Anand Kumar N, Business Unit Head – Kitchen Appliances. In his last role, he served as CEO & Executive Director at Torrent Electricals Ltd. (2024–2026), where he led key transformation initiatives, delivering improved profitability, operational efficiency, market expansion, and stronger brand and digital capabilities. He has also held leadership roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited., leading multiple business verticals, and spent over a decade at Whirlpool of India Ltd., rising to senior leadership positions.
