The Amalgamation will take effect from the appointed date as specified in the scheme, upon filing the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies through e-form INC-28. The Transferor Company will stand dissolved thereafter. The e-copy of the Order passed by NCLT was uploaded on NCLT website on August 04, 2026.
