Sincerely, For Valiant Communications Limited Manish Kumar Company Secretary PRESS RELEASE For immediate use Valiant gets its breakthrough to supply equipment to Data Centers August 05 , 2026 Valiant Communications [BSE: 526775] announces the receipt of Purchase Orders from system integrators for supply of Data Storage Servers and Time Synchronization Equipment. The gross value of the purchase order is INR 1,071 Lacs. The End-user for the awarded project is Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, a “Maha-Ratna” enterprise of the Government of India, reinforcing VCL’s position at the forefront of India’s sovereign data infrastructure and AI-ready storage ecosystem. Commenting on the above development, Mr. Inder Mohan Sood, CEO said, “The strategic value of this order cannot be stressed enough and extends well beyond its commercial value, as it opens-up our entry into Data Centers, which forms the basis of all AI infrastructure and AI services. This is a major commercial breakthrough to supply Data Storage equipment to the rapidly growing business vertical of Data Centers. We have already successfully commissioned our key data center equipment in THDC Limited, a “Mini-Ratna” enterprise of the Government of India and a subsidiary of NTPC Limited. In this critical project of national importance, it is our pleasure to note that Valiant is a Class 1 indigenous manufacturer, whose Data Storage Equipment have passed the “Category-1” criteria, including the technical evaluation process. Valiant shall also supply its Time Synchronization Equipment, based on GPS plus NavIC Satellite System from its Synchronization portfolio. NavIC is an operational name of Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System [IRNSS].
