L.T. Elevator Signs Share Purchase Agreement to Acquire DYPC Inc., South Korea — Marks
Entry into Global Automated Parking Technology
L.T. Elevator Limited (BSE: 544518), a leading provider of elevator solutions and automated parking systems, is pleased to announce that
it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of DYPC Inc. (Dongyang PC Inc.), Seoul, South Korea — a globally
recognised manufacturer of automated mechanical car parking systems with over two decades of operational history and deployments
across the USA, UK, Mexico, Thailand, Iran, Uruguay, Egypt, Canada and other markets. This acquisition marks a significant step in L.T.
Elevator's strategic transition from a domestic elevator and car parking contractor into a global automated parking technology company.
ABOUT DYPC INC. — THE ACQUISITION COMPANY
Founded in Seoul, South Korea, DYPC Inc. is the creator of SMART PARKING® — a proprietary range of automated mechanical car parking
systems covering rotary (carousel-type), tower (elevator-type), compact (circulating), and grand (shuttle-type) configurations. DYPC's
systems are installed across urban markets globally and are well-regarded for their compact footprint, fast retrieval times, and
smartphone-integrated operation.
DYPC's technology is directly complementary to Park Smart's existing automated parking business in India, and the acquisition
provides L.T. Elevator with proprietary Korean parking technology, international IP including 12 patents, and an established global
client base — significantly enhancing the Company's capability to bid for and execute large-scale, technically complex car parking
panrodj eacbtrso iand I.n dia
DYPC's technology is internationally proven, with active deployments across multiple geographies and a pipeline of new international
opportunities that are expected to contribute to revenues as the integration progresses.
Management expects a ₹30 Cr revenue contribution from DYPC at industry-leading margins, for the remainder of this fiscal.
STRATEGIC RATIONALE
● Proprietary technology access: DYPC's SMART PARKING® IP gives L.T. Elevator in-house control over automated parking
technology — reducing dependence on third-party designs and enabling the Company to offer internationally proven systems to
Indian clients.
● Global market entry: DYPC's established presence across Asia, Americas, Middle East, and Europe provides L.T. Elevator with a
ready international distribution network and reference base for global business development.
● Order Book: DYPC brings a current order book of ~₹65 Cr (including ₹45 Cr won last week), supported by an overall bid pipeline
of ₹700 Cr.
● Immediate US market foothold: The order book includes one ₹8 Cr order from the USA, marking L.T. Elevator’s formal entry into
the highly lucrative US market. DYPC has additionally bid for projects worth ₹550 Cr in the USA (nearly 80% of the total pipeline).
● India opportunity: With urbanisation accelerating and parking density requirements tightening in Indian cities, DYPC's rotary and
tower parking systems are directly applicable to the Indian market — complementing Park Smart's existing project execution
capabilities.
● Synergy with new manufacturing facility: The integrated manufacturing facility currently under construction (expected
commissioning Q4 FY27) will be capable of producing DYPC-designed parking systems domestically, reducing import dependency
and improving margins.
BUSINESS UPDATE — KEY DEVELOPMENTS & FUTURE OUTLOOK
● Home Elevator — ₹100 Crore ARR Milestone: The home elevator business has crossed ₹100 crore in annualised run-rate (ARR)
order bookings — achieved 6 months ahead of internal targets. As the Company transitions to the new facility in FY27, it already
has confirmed orders in hand from the new facility, providing strong revenue visibility for the year ahead.
● With the DYPC acquisition, the commissioning of the integrated manufacturing facility in Q4 FY27, and the continued momentum
in both the home elevator and car parking segments, the Company is well-positioned to sustain the strong growth trajectory of
the business. The management expects FY28 growth to be maintained at a pace comparable to FY27 — supported by DYPC's
international revenues, expanded domestic manufacturing capacity, the ₹100 crore+ ARR home elevator business, and a deepening
order book across all segments.
INVESTOR / ANALYST CONCALL
The Company will be hosting an investor and analyst conference call in the near term to discuss the DYPC acquisition in detail — covering
the strategic rationale, terms, integration roadmap, and financial implications. Details of the concall will be communicated separately.
"The acquisition of DYPC is a defining moment for L.T. Elevator. We are not merely buying a company — we are acquiring technology,
intellectual property, and a global footprint built over two decades. Combined with our integrated manufacturing facility coming
online in Q4 FY27, our ₹100 crore ARR home elevator business, and the strong execution momentum in car parking, we believe L.T.
Elevator is entering a new phase of growth that is structurally different from where we were even 12 months ago. FY27 and FY28
will reflect the full impact of these decisions."
— Mr. Yash Gupta, Director, L.T. Elevator Limited
