Ref: Earlier intimation dated July 16, 2026 Dear Sir/Madam, We, vide our letter dated July 16, 2026, had informed the stock exchanges about execution of a share purchase agreement (“SPA”) by Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited, (“ADSTL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (“FSSPL”) (in which ADSTL currently holds a 55.40% stake) and existing shareholders of FSSPL for acquisition of remaining 44.6% stake in FSSPL. In this regard, we wish to inform you that ADSTL has informed that it has completed the acquisition of remaining 44.6% stake in FSSPL, in accordance with the terms of the SPA. With completion of the said acquisition, FSSPL and FSSPL’s subsidiary namely Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (“FSTC”) have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of ADSTL. The intimation of the same was received by the Company on August 4, 2026, at 11:37 AM IST. The details of the above acquisition (as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026) were provided vide our earlier intimation dated July 16, 2026.
