In this regard, we wish to inform that BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letters dated July 1, 2026 bearing ref. nos. LIST/COMP/SJ/129/2026-27 and NSE/LIST/COMP/MAXHEALTH/596/2026-2027, respectively, have granted no-objection to the application for the aforesaid re-classification. Consequently, RLCHF stands reclassified under ‘Public’ category with immediate effect. The copies of No-objection letters for re-classification of RLCHF are enclosed as Annexure.
