We would like to inform you that the Company has completed the acquisition of an additional 31.75% of the issued share capital (representing 1,270 ordinary shares) of Mayfair via share transfer from its existing shareholders effective July 1, 2026. The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 7,56,79,379.98 (equivalent to GBP 589,270 as of the remittance date). Consequently, the Company’s total shareholding in Mayfair has increased from 60% to 91.75% of its issued share capital. Furthermore, Mr. Nikhil Chopra - currently serving as the Chief Business Officer of the Company and Director of Mayfair shall take over the role of Chief Executive Officer of Mayfair effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Michail Chopra shall transition to the role of Founder & Strategic Advisor. This is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.mediassist.in.
