Overview
At Vodafone Idea (Vi), sustainability continues to be integrated into our business strategy, operational priorities and governance
framework. During Financial Year (FY) 2025–26, the Company further strengthened its Environmental, Social and Governance
(ESG) focus through initiatives centered on energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, responsible resource management,
workplace safety, inclusive growth and data privacy. Technology-led interventions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled
network optimization and continued deployment of energy-efficient infrastructure, supported operational resilience while
reducing environmental impact. The Company also continued advancing circularity initiatives through material recovery, repair,
and reutilization practices across operations. Health, Safety and Wellbeing remained a core organizational priority, supported
by robust governance mechanisms, extensive training programmes, and strengthened safety processes across operations and
partner ecosystems. Vi also continued reinforcing stakeholder trust through strong cybersecurity and data privacy practices
aligned with globally recognized standards and certifications.
With sustainability embedded into leadership oversight and business decision-making, Vi remains committed to enabling
responsible digital growth while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
