The Insulin portfolio continued its strong trajectory, delivering double-digit growth of 14% for the second consecutive quarter, reinforcing Sanofi's leadership position in the basal analog market with a 58% value market share and 61% volume market share*. Growth was powered by Lantus®, Toujeo®, and Apidra®, alongside the successful performance of Soliqua®, the premium offering in the premix diabetes space. The public sector business accelerated by 70%, with the opening of new accounts for Toujeo® and Soliqua® under the CARE Accounts initiative, further strengthening Sanofi's footprint in the diabetes injectable space. Strategic partnerships in Cardiovascular, Oral anti-Diabetes and Central Nervous System segments have established a strong foundation, meeting expectations for market reach expansion. Partnership revenues grew 2% in Q2 2026, with continued return on investment from an expanded commercial footprint Export sales remained broadly stable, demonstrating the resilience of Sanofi India's international operations amid global headwinds. Profits before tax and exceptional items increased 19% to INR 112 crores, compared to INR 94 crores in the second quarter 2025. Profit before tax as a percentage of net sales improved to 27% in Q2 2026, up from 24% in Q2 2025. This improvement reflects a favorable product mix and disciplined cost management through operational efficiencies, with operating expenses (employee cost + other expenses) declining 5% compared to the second quarter of 2025.
