All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from ₹ 27,36,16,08,820 (i.e. 2,73,61,60,882 equity shares of face value of ₹10/- each) to ₹ 27,36,46,48,840 (i.e. 2,73,64,64,884 equity shares of face value of ₹10/- each).
