Suresh Babu, Head – Operations and one of the Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) of the Company, who was otherwise due for superannuation in June 2027, has requested for early retirement from corporate career to pursue personal interests and has tendered his resignation on July 31, 2026. The same has been accepted by the Company. The Board, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has today i.e. August 04, 2026, noted the resignation and has approved reallocation of his role and responsibilities to Mr. Sameer Seksaria – Head – Client Services and Mr. Naozad Sirwalla, Chief Financial Officer, the existing SMPs of the Company, as detailed in Annexure A, in addition to their existing role and responsibilities. Mr. Suresh Babu has been associated with the Company for last 26 years since its inception stage. In addition to heading the Operations team, he also oversees the Information Technology and Administration functions of the Company and serves as the Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, namely HDFC AMC International (IFSC) Limited. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Suresh Babu during his long association with the Company and wish him well for future.
