Rajesh Jhunjhunwala, Resolution Professional in person present. 2. This Application has been filed by the Mr. Rajesh Jhunjhunwala Applicant/Resolution Professional of the Quadrant Televentures Ltd. under Section 60 (5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) read with Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 (“NCLT Rules”) seeking further extension of 30 days beyond the period of 330 days which are stated to have expired on 29.06.2026. 3. Itis stated that the last date for voting on the Resolution Plan is 10.08.2026, and thereafter the Resolution Professional shall needs further time to file an appropriate application before this Tribunal for further consideration. 4. Ttis further stated that the CoC, in its 13" Meeting held on 21.07.2026, has resolved to pray for further extension of 30 days as follows: "RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with subsequent amendments thereof and in accordance with rules and regulations made thereunder, in its meeting held on 21st July, 2026 the Commiittee of Creditors hereby approves extension of CIRP period by another 30 days beyond 330 days which is expiring on 29th July 2026 in view of the resolution plans are under voting since 7th July 2026 and extensions requests received from CoC members for e- voting beyond the extended CIRP period, expiring on 29th July 2026. RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Committee of Creditors hereby authorize the Resolution Professional for making application, under Section 60(5) of the IBC read with Regulation 40 of the CIRP Regulations, before Adjudicating Authority i.e., the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, for seeking extension of 30 days period of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor beyond 330 days i.e. 30 days from 30" July 2026 and the CIRP period would now expire on 28" August 2026. RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Resolution Professional of Quadrant Televentures Limited be and is hereby authorized to take such steps as may be necessary in relation to the above, if required and to settle all matters arising out of and incidental thereto and sign and execute all documents and writings that may be required and generally to do all acts, deeds, make payments and things that may be necessary, proper, expedient or incidental for the purpose of giving effect to the aforesaid resolution in accordance with the provisions of IBC and the CIRP Regulations."” 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, we are of considered view that there exists exceptional circumstances warranting further extension beyond 330 days in the interest of resolution of Corporate Debtor. Accordingly, we consider it appropriate to allow an extension of 30 days beyond 330 days i.e. from 30.06.2026 (next to the date when the period of 330 days is stated to expired). 6.
