Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange about the submission of newspaper advertisement under Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The advertisement pertains to the transfer of equity shares of the Company on which dividends have not been paid or claimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive years to Investor Education and Protection Fund. The Company has also published unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
