The Project was entrusted to POWERGRID Beawar Dausa Transmission Limited, then a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, which is amalgamated with POWERGRID Vataman Transmission Limited w.e.f. 01st March 2026 as per order dated 27th January, 2026 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
