Vadodara, Aug 4, 2026, The Board of Directors of Deepak Chem Tech Limited ("DCTL"), a whotty owned subsidiary of Deepak Nitrite Limited ("Deepak" or the "Company"), approved a project for the manufacture of Bisphenot A ("BPA") with a capacity of upto 240 KTA, inctuding greenfietd infrastructure and retated capitat expenditure for the manufacturing comptex. Accordingty, the Board of DCTL has approved an investment of approximatety { 2,500 Crores, which witt be firmed up upon comptetion of detaited engineering. The project witt be funded through an appropriate mix of debt and equity. The DCTL Board has already approved the estabtishment of lndia's first Potycarbonate resin manufacturing ptant, leveraging Trinseo technotogy and associated asset acquisition, as wetl as a Phenol & Acetone manufacturing plant" With the addition of BPA, Deepak wi[[ move towards creating a highty integrated manufacturing ptatform spanning the vatue chain from Cumene to Phenol & Acetone, BPA and Potycarbonate resin, inctuding downstream compounding. ln addition to meeting the captive requirements for the manufacturing of Polycarbonate resins, the BPA facitity witt enable Deepak to participate in the rapidty growing lndian market for Bisphenot A used in the manufacture of Epoxy resins. ****{<{<:F*
